Shipping Conditions

Delivery is made domestically (Germany) and to the following countries:
EU countries, Switzerland, Liechtenstein.

Shipping is also available to German islands, except for: all German islands.
No shipping to the following foreign islands: all foreign islands.

Shipping Costs (plus VAT)

Domestic Deliveries (Germany):

We calculate the shipping costs based on the shipping weight:

Parcel shipping: €6.90
Bulky goods shipping: €13.80

For orders with a net value of €400.00 or more, we deliver free of shipping costs within Germany.

For the shipment of bulky goods (freight shipping), we charge as follows:
€58.50 per pallet / net within Germany.

Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.

International Deliveries:

We calculate the shipping costs for international deliveries as follows:

Further Details on Payment

If you pay in advance within 10 days of order confirmation,
we grant you a 3% discount on the gross merchandise value of the order.

Payment by invoice is only available for authorities and companies.

The invoice amount is to be settled within 14 days when paying by invoice.
